The Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Isaac Adaebsah is currently leading the Senior Management of GRATIS to develop the 2026 Strategic Action Plan for GRATIS.
As part of this process, Management has so far developed and reviewed a proposed Vision, Mission, Stakeholder Analysis, SWOT Analysis and TOWS (SO, WO, ST, WT) Strategies to guide the direction of GRATIS Foundation.
The exercise is ongoing and forms the foundation for the finalisation of Strategic Objectives, Actions and Performance Targets for 2026.
All Regional and District Directors will be duly engaged as the process progresses to ensure alignment and effective implementation across all centres.
