GRATIS Foundation has successfully held its first ever National Management Retreat and Capacity-Building Training on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the GRATIS Foundation Head Office.
The two-day intensive programme was initiated by the new management of GRATIS, led by the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Isaac Adaebsah and the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Nana Kwabena Adjei-Anomafo. The retreat brought together Divisional Directors at the Head Office, Regional Directors and Directors of the Technology Solution Centres from across the country.
The purpose of the retreat is to equip management and staff with leadership skills, introduce new policies and clearly communicate the strategic direction and roadmap of the organisation under the new leadership.
Key topics discussed during the retreat include Leadership Capacity Assessments, Perception and Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Organisational Capacity Assessments, Operational Structure and System Efficiency, Financial Management and Centralisation and Positioning GRATIS for national relevance.
The retreat is aimed at strengthening GRATIS to effectively deliver on its mandate of providing technological support to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), industry, and contributing meaningfully to the achievement of government development goals.
